Hope for the Holidays
The holiday season can be especially hard when you’re grieving the loss of someone you love. Feelings of sadness, emptiness, and uncertainty often surface—especially if it’s the first holiday without your loved one.
Hope for the Holidays is a gathering designed to bring comfort, guidance, and community during this tender season. Robert Smith, director of the Amelia Center, will share words of encouragement and practical tools for navigating the weeks ahead. Afterward, we’ll break into groups by type of loss to explore helpful ideas for managing the holidays. Our time together will close with prayer and communion led by our pastors.
