Pandemic & Good Mental Health Practices (Zoom)

The demands resulting from the pandemic can feel all-encompassing while we live in heightened isolation. Presenter Judith Harrington, Ph.D., LPC, LMFT will facilitate a discussion about social isolation and the effects on our mental health and provide resources and ideas for reducing the impact of too much aloneness. She is a nationally awarded Associate Professor of Graduate Counseling at the University of Montevallo, has been in private practice providing counseling since 1988, and specializes in crisis, trauma, grief and bereavement, suicide loss and prevention.
