Outreach Ministry Partner Application
In an effort to be good stewards of the resources entrusted to us, we are asking each organization we support financially to complete this application to be considered for Outreach Ministry Support. The Outreach Ministries Committee will review your application. Instructions for the application procedure are listed below. Please follow them carefully and completely.
Below you will find the 2026 Outreach Ministry Partner Application for Trinity United Methodist Church. TUMC’s Outreach Committee requests that each organization seeking to be considered for financial support in 2026 complete this application and provide all requested documents.
All Applications are due on October 27, 2025 and our Outreach Committee will determine approved partners in November 2025.
Gift Disbursement: All approved Ministry Partners will receive funds from our Advent Offering in February and our Lenten Offering in May from our Lenten Offering. Disbursement of funds will be determined once special offerings have been collected.
