Bread and Wine
This study centers around Shauna Niequist’s book Bread and Wine (A love letter to life around the table). This book is a collection of essays about family relationships, friendships and the meals that bring us together. It’s a focus on how God teaches and nourishes people as they nourish the people around them. It’s about hunger, both physical and spiritual and the connections between the two. This study is for women who appreciate the act of gathering with others and the role food plays to enhance the experience. This study is led by Catherine Brooks. 6 sessions. Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm, beginning August 24.
