Element Tailgate Party

We are so excited to officially kick off fall and football with the Element Tailgate Party! This event will be held on Sunday, August 30, from 6:00-8:00 pm in small parking lot of our Oxmoor Campus.

PARENTS, WE NEED YOU!

This is one of our biggest nights of the fall and we would love to have our parents a part of the night! We are aiming to have 40+ tents with tailgate treats and need your help to pull off this important and fun event for our students.

Here’s what to do:

1. Choose ONE food – anything goes! Nachos, popcorn, wings, chicken fingers, buffalo dip, sliders, fries and toppings, sausage balls, mac & cheese, tater tot bar, hot dogs, chips and salsa, cookie assortment, mini cupcakes, banana pudding, ice cream…just to name a few ideas, but the possibilities are endless. We’ve linked a cheat sheet below with other ideas too!
2. Let us know what you’re bringing on the Sign Up Genius.
3. Make enough SMALL servings for 80 students.
4. Decorate a tailgate tent and show your team colors!
5. Set up and serve on the night. Setup begins as early as 4:45PM and all tents need to be ready to go by 5:30 pm.

Need power? A tent?  Not a problem – just let us know when you sign up. We’ll provide the table, tablecloth, and plates/forks – you’re welcome to serve your treat in something else if you’d like.

Enlist the help of friends! Bring the little ones! Enjoy fellowship with other Element families! This is a super fun night and one you won’t want to miss. Please sign up as soon as you have a food in mind so we can avoid duplicates. We are grateful for your help and excited to have you a part of this fun night!
