Element Tailgate Party

Join us for an incredible evening at the Element Tailgate Party! It’s happening this upcoming Sunday night from 6:00-8:00 pm in Trinity’s small parking lot. This is the ultimate opportunity to extend a warm invitation to a friend, so don’t miss out. All students and parents are welcome to join us! Come be a part of the fun as we celebrate the start of the school year. Bring $3 for the night.

PARENTS, WE NEED YOU!

Our tailgate is only as good as our tents!  We are aiming to have 30+ tailgate tents with snack food and need YOUR help to pull off this important and fun event for our students.

Here’s what to do:

1. Choose ONE food – anything goes!  A few great options that we still in need of to round out this awesome night: Nachos/rotel, pizza (think cut into squares and get more out of one pizza!), donuts, wings, tater tot/french fry bar, bbq (or bbq sliders), bagel bites/pizza rolls, mozzarella sticks/marinara.
2. Let us know what you’re bringing on the Sign Up Genius HERE. (Need power? Not a problem!)
3. Make enough small servings for 80 students.
4. Pitch a tailgate tent (we have some if you need one) and show your team colors!
5. Set up and serve students on the night.

Enlist the help of friends!  Bring the little ones!  Enjoy fellowship with other Element families!  This is a super fun night and one you won’t want to miss.  Please sign up as soon as you have a food in mind so we avoid duplicates!  We are grateful for your help and excited to have you a part of the night.
